I will draw a site plan for any property in the US. Such site plan is the most common plan used for building permits for:

• home addition, deck, or porch addition
• new construction
• outdoor structure (shed, fence, deck, gazebo, etc.)
• demolition permit
• commercial property planning
• drive-thru restaurants
• storage facility
• multi-family and cluster residential sites
• RV parks

Using the most recent satellite imagery, GIS Data, county parcel maps, and zoning code, I draw the site plan of your property to include exact property lines, existing structures, trees, driveway, pool, and other major features, etc.

The site plan will be sent to you for your review. If any changes are required such as updating dimensions or missing items due to tree cover, you may sketch those onto the plan and send them back to me for those revised free of charge.

This is not a Legal Survey, nor is it intended to be or replace a Legal Survey. Please verify with your building department that they DO NOT require a certified site plan prepared by a Surveyor, Architect, or Engineer. I am a drafter and do not stamp plans.

For commercial properties, check the extra option for +$90 commercial use. More time is required.
